Started demolishing bathroom. Need help to finish it off. Taking quotes for demolition only and for rubbish removal separately please. Still figuring out if I need rubbish removal or not. Behind tiles there is concrete render in a wire mesh. Sitting on timber nothing behind it. 1 wall is just concrete no mesh. Build a mosquito net enclosure for a portion of my balcony (4.5m length 1.15m width). I need the enclosure to be removable if necessary but routinely remain in place. We had a retaining wall built at our house a few years ago during COVID Lockdowns. In the chaos we missed getting a building inspection complete which we still require in order to obtain our final Occupancy Certificate.
